A listed conversion and a new build on one plot

A grade-listed building to be converted into two separate homes, a two-bedroom and a three-bedroom, alongside a new-build bungalow on the same plot. We ran both at once, sequencing the trades across the two buildings.

Why one contractor

One contractor, every trade

Groundworks, brickwork, roofing, electrics, plumbing, plastering and finishing under one written scope.

Photos at every key stage

Progress photos and a written summary, so you can see the build without driving to site.

Written scopes and agreed dates

An itemised scope and price before work starts, with a start date and a finish date.

We finish what others left

When a contractor walked off a commercial unit, we closed out every outstanding trade and handed it over ready to open.

How a job runs

The same five steps on a new build as on a repair: a visit, a written scope with dates, the works with progress photos, and a clean handover.

  1. Tell us about the property

Phone, email or send photos: the postcode, the issue, any access notes. We'll come back the same working day to arrange next steps.

  2. Site visit or photo review

We visit the property, or review photos for smaller reactive jobs, measure up, listen and agree the brief. No charge, no obligation.

  3. Written scope and quote

An itemised written quote with a clear scope, an agreed start date and a finish date. No surprises later.

  4. The works, with updates

The work is done by one coordinated team, with progress photos at key stages and one point of contact throughout.

  5. Clean handover

We leave it spotless, send the completion photos and stand behind every job with a workmanship guarantee.

Tell us about the site

Send the address, the drawings and the timescale. We'll come back with a written scope and price.
